If there’s one word that captures the spirit of Shreya & Anant’s big day, it’s vibrant. From the colorful outfits to the joyful energy, this vibrant wedding at The Marigold in Somerset, NJ was nothing short of unforgettable. Held in August 2024, this Indian celebration was brimming with life, culture, and love — and we were so lucky to capture every moment from the groom’s epic Baraat arrival in a sleek Audi, to the packed dance floor at the reception.

What made this one extra special for us is that it felt like reconnecting with family. Anant was referred to us by his sister, whose wedding we also had the joy of capturing a few years ago. Being trusted again by this amazing family meant the world to us — and they once again brought the party!

A Love Full of Heart

Shreya & Anant are the kind of couple who light up every space they walk into. Shreya works helping adults with disabilities find meaningful employment — something that tells you exactly how big her heart is. And Anant? He’s just as fun and full of life, a perfect match to her kindness and spark. Together, they’re unstoppable.

Their first look, tucked away before the whirlwind of events began, was a quiet pocket of pure joy. Just the two of them, exchanging shy smiles and full-on laughter — it was intimate, sweet, and radiated the love they so clearly have for each other.

A Celebration Bursting with Color and Culture

Indian weddings are always something we look forward to, and this vibrant wedding at The Marigold reminded us why. The colorful attire, the intricate henna designs, the floral details, the music — it all came together in the most magical way. The Marigold itself looked stunning, decked out in bold, beautiful colors that set the perfect stage for this celebration.

The Baraat was a high-energy scene, complete with dancing, cheering, and Anant making his entrance in style in a classy Audi. From there, the ceremony unfolded with beautiful traditions, laughter, and heartfelt moments.

Reception: The Party of the Year

The reception? An absolute blast. Shreya & Anant’s family knows how to throw down on the dance floor. From choreographed performances by the bride tribe and the groom squad to an energetic dance from the couple themselves, it felt like one giant, joyful concert of love. Every speech, every hug, every dance move felt like a tribute to their story.
