From the moment we hopped on a Zoom call with Jenn & Sal, we knew their wedding day would be one to remember. What started as a quick consult turned into minutes of laughter—mostly about naming pets after Italian meats and cheeses (we still can’t forget Salami). Fast-forward to a crisp November day at Clarks Landing Yacht Club in Point Pleasant, and we found ourselves capturing one of the most beautiful NJ weddings we’ve had the joy of documenting.

Elegant, Playful, and Totally Them

Jennifer & Sal poured their personalities into every detail of their wedding. It was equal parts elegant and playful, just like them. From their custom newspaper wedding program (complete with crossword puzzles and fun trivia about the couple) to the thoughtfully designed decor, their celebration was a love letter to the people (and pets) they hold dear.

One of our favorite things? The Paw Bar. Yes, a Paw Bar. Guests could grab treats to bring home to their fur babies who couldn’t make it to the party. It was such a sweet, thoughtful touch from a bride who clearly adores animals.

The Magic of the Moment

Before the ceremony, Jennifer & Sal shared a quiet first look just outside the venue doors. The breeze off the water, the soft light, and the quiet emotion made it such a beautiful moment to capture. Jennifer had mentioned that Sal wasn’t really into photos, but you wouldn’t know it watching him during the first look. He couldn’t hold back tears when he saw her. And again, when she walked down the aisle. There’s something incredibly special about witnessing a groom lose his composure not once, but twice.

The ceremony and reception were both held indoors, but nothing about this wedding felt confined. The love, energy, and creativity filled every inch of the space.

Thoughtful Extras That Made It Unforgettable

Jennifer & Sal didn’t just plan a wedding; they curated an experience. They brought in a live guest illustrator to sketch their guests on the spot, a live painter to capture a romantic portrait of them, and even an audio guest book—so instead of scribbles in a notebook, they now have real voices and laughter to remember the day by.

And then there were the temporary tattoos. Custom-designed and irresistibly fun, guests got a little… inventive with where they placed them. Let’s just say, there was no shortage of personality in the crowd!

One for the Books

Jennifer & Sal’s day was more than just a beautiful NJ wedding. It was warm, genuine, and so full of life. We loved every second of photographing and filming their celebration. It’s the kind of wedding that reminds us why we love what we do. From the tender first look to the creative details that made everyone smile, it was simply unforgettable.

Here’s to Jennifer, Sal, and their beautifully unique love story. One that started online and culminated in one of the most beautiful NJ weddings we’ve had the honor to witness. We can’t wait for what’s next for these two.
