When you meet a couple like Brittany & Sean, who’ve been together since high school, you instantly feel the deep connection they’ve built over the years. These two are the definition of soulmates. Their Divine Park Engagement Session was a celebration of that history, that bond, and the exciting future they’re stepping into together.
We met up with them in Spring Lake, NJ, on a warm June afternoon, and from the very first click of the shutter, it was clear how comfortable they are with each other. No frills, no forced posing, just two people who genuinely love being around one another.
From High School Hallways to Forever
Brittany & Sean’s love story spans more than a decade. They met in high school, grew together through the years, and now they’re preparing to say “I do” at one of our favorite venues, Clarks Landing, in October next year. (We’re already counting down!)
The proposal story is so them: sweet, lowkey, and full of emotion. It actually started while they were at the movies, watching Wicked. Brittany noticed something in Sean’s pocket—a ring box—and her heart knew what was coming. Sean asked her to marry him over dinner. Quiet. Intimate. Personal. It was a moment just for them, and it perfectly reflects their vibe.
Divine Park: A Dreamy Engagement Session Location
Spring Lake’s Divine Park is one of those spots we always love coming back to. There’s a reason couples are drawn to it—it has the perfect mix of lakeside romance, charming walkways, and lush greenery that looks amazing in every season. This Divine Park Engagement Session gave us all the things we hope for: soft summer light, natural moments, and a relaxed couple who clearly have fun together.
Whether they were walking across the stone bridge, snuggled up under a willow tree, or simply laughing mid-conversation, Brittany & Sean gave us real, unfiltered love. That’s the kind of session we live for.
Looking Ahead to Their Big Day at Clarks Landing
Next up: their wedding day! We’ll be joining Brittany & Sean again in October 2026 at Clarks Landing, which just so happens to be one of our all-time favorite venues. The waterfront views, the sunset light, and the stunning ballroom are going to make for one incredible celebration, and with this couple at the center of it all, we already know it’s going to be amazing.
